Job Summary:  

The Accounts Clerk - Receivables will perform essential accounting and clerical duties to support the finance team. This includes recording daily business transactions, processing vouchers and invoices, and ensuring accurate entry of receipts into SAGE 50, Cash for Vessel Operations and Petty Cash transactions for Gulf Shipping and affiliated companies. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle cash transactions responsibly.

 Education:

• 5 CXC level passes including Maths and English
• Accounting Certificate would be an asset

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in accounting or cashier roles in a Shipping Company would be an asset
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
• Strong numerical and organizational skills
• Ability to work accurately in a fast pace environment and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills
